With our sights now firmly set on 2022, Mens Netball NSW (MNNSW) are pleased to welcome back Drew Mulvena as Head Coach Open Mixed and Nicole Deguara as Head Coach Mixed Reserves.
Mulvena brings a wealth of coaching experience in both the men’s and women’s worlds, having been the Head Coach of the Mixed Team for many years and involved with Panthers Premier league team in recent years. Deguara joined the coaching ranks of MNNSW in 2019 and ended up with a team competing in the Grand Finals in her first ever Championships.
“It’s great to have these two coaches returning for season 2022. Drew has a great record with the Mixed Open team and Nicole will be able to implement an enormous amount of learnings from her time coaching a MLeague Mens Division 1 team in its first season played alongside the NNSW Summer Series” commented Clare McCabe, President MNNSW. “After a challenging 2021 with much disruption and the eventual cancellation of the season, 2022 will be one to look forward to and these two appointments cap off a stellar line up of coaches for MNNSW.”
Expressions of interest for players to trial for all of our 2022 State Representative teams are now open. The future is looking bright for Mens Netball in NSW.
