We are at the half way mark of the Championships and at the end of Day 3 NSW has had some great results with two NSW teams that remain undefeated. The Mixed Reserves Team and Under 17’s Team are both sitting first on the ladder. Well done.
Coach of the Under 17’s, Joshua Bogers said it’s been “fantastic to see all 11 players getting great exposure to the game on court, rounding out the rest of the week we are looking for 60 mins of consistent netball to give us the best opportunity to put the full 4 quarters together come the pointy end of the week”.
The Under 20’s had a tough game against Queensland in their final game of Day 3 going down in the narrowest of margins. Marc Kerr (Coach) said “we were all ready for Queensland but some loss of concentration and fundamental mistakes saw us go down by one goal. A heartbreaking result and left us with a feeling we don’t want to feel again this tournament.”
The squad culture is alive and well and the support for one another will continue to grow through the week. Keep pushing Blues!
